About QACi

As the owner of the mystery shopping company QACi, my job is to give feedback to hospitality businesses on the service and product they provide. These companies pay for the service and are grateful for the honest feedback… but oddly, when I try to give my service away to businesses I come in contact with outside of my work, they do not appreciate the feedback or heed it.  It makes one aspect of  the concept of “perceived (or implied) value”  all the more relevant… if something does not cost anything it often is perceived not to  be worth anything.

The posts are true customer service events…  that happen outside the scope of my work.
